1. Services

Triple Point Digital provides web design, development, and website maintenance services to clients worldwide. Services include:

  • Website design and development
  • Ongoing website maintenance
  • Consultation and support

All services are provided based on the specifications agreed with the client prior to project commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

Information submitted via forms on our website may be used in case studies or marketing materials, with client approval where necessary.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Payment terms are as follows:

Deposits & Project Payments:

  • 40% deposit before project commencement
  • 40% upon nearing completion of the project
  • 20% before the website goes live

Maintenance Fees: Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance.

Invoice Terms: All invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Refunds: No refunds are provided for completed services.

4. Intellectual Property

Any content provided by the client remains the property of the client.

Design, code, and materials created by Triple Point Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point the client is granted a license to use the website.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or case studies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Triple Point Digital provides services “as is” and makes reasonable efforts to ensure quality.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, plugins, or hosting issues.

Clients are responsible for backing up content and ensuring compliance with laws in their own jurisdiction.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Payments made up to the date of termination are non-refundable.

Ongoing maintenance can be cancelled with written notice, with fees due up to the end of the current billing period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in London, UK.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
